He answered his phone Sunday and was glad to talk me through manually disconnecting my hydraulic parking break. Today he slipped me in the bay right when I showed up despite needing to "get that meat wagon fixed".

What a pleasant person. What an interesting shop and office. He had me fixed and going in 45 minutes. I was expecting a 2 day wait for parts.
